Shellac

Shellac
by Dizzy
Ken looked at the can, baffled. "Why are you giving this to me?"
"You said you needed shellac," Jess said.
"I said you needed to "chillax".  It means chill out and relax at the same time," Ken said, trying unsuccessfully to hide his grin.
"I just wasted two hours going to Meeks! All because you've been working with those teenagers." Jess yelled. "What kind of top are you?'
"Yours."
With that single word, said so lovingly, Jess did chillax.

Chillaxing

"What are you doing?" David asked.

"Chillaxing," I told him licking my ice-cream cone.

"Aren't you suppose to do that in your room." He said giving me an evil grin.

"To chill and to relax at the same time is Chillaxing." I told him, he just shook his head and sat down next to me in the kiddie pool.

"What are you two doing?" Allen asked. I looked over at David.

"We're chillaxing." We both said licking our cones.

Jonah's Trying

Jonah's Trying
by Dizzy

Samuel's eyes sparkled as he choked out, "what did you say?"

"I said; let's go to our room and chillax. Some of the younger brats have been trying to Americanize my speech." Jonah sighed and continued. "I love you, Samuel; I don't want to lose you. I'm trying to change."

"You don't have to change that much," Samuel sniggered.

"Let's go upstairs, I'll show you what hasn't changed."

Laughter erupted as Jonah slung him over his shoulder, and took the stairs two at a time.

Chillax

"Oh, just chillax!" Andy said with a touch of exasperation.

"What did you say? I hope that's not some new obscenity you've picked up from the internet."

"No, no it's not," Andy hastened to explain. "It's just means chill out and relax."

"Then say what you mean, young man."

"I'm only saying that you're making a fuss over nothing. I can sort this out later."

"If you don't sort it out now you're looking at a spannering."

"What do you mean?" Andy asked suspiciously.

"Just a spanking followed by cornering. You're not the only one who can coin new words!"

Chillax

A Writing Lines Spring 2011 Drabble Challenge.  It’s a very simple one ‘The brat tells the top to Chillax’.  Or if you like the top can tell the brat either way is fun.  For anyone who doesn’t know the word, the Urban Dictionary defines it as:
Chillax:
1.     To chill and relax simultaneously.
2.    To loosen or reduce the level of stress by employing a more relaxed and groovy outlook.
